Who We Are

Northeast Land Development, Inc. or NELDI was acquired by State Investment House Inc., on March 30, 1994. NELDI is a sister company of
State Properties Corporation, developer of high-end first-class
subdivision Versailles Alabang Village.
NELDI shall focus on the
development of affordable housing projects.  Its maiden project
will be a 32-unit residential townhouse subdivision located in the highly urbanized city of Valenzuela. Following its mother company, NELDI
envisions itself to be one of the most trusted and sought-after real estate developers committed to providing quality yet, affordable housing units
to help Filipinos realize their dream of owning a house they can call their own.
